Return Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION

Return Policy:

Unopened products may be returned in original packaging within 30 days from the date which the order was placed for a refund of the purchase price. Only unopened items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a refund. If 30 days have gone by since purchase or the item has been opened and used, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied with one of our products or have further questions about our return policy, please contact our customer service by email at info@etherwercs.com and we’ll be happy to help.

 

Return/Exchange Processing:

In order to return a product please contact us at info@etherwercs.com to request the return. Provide your name, order number and reason for return/exchange in the body of the email. Once confirmed, return/exchange shipping address and instructions will be provided. Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify that we have received the returned item. We will also notify of the approval or rejection of the refund/exchange.  If the item is defective a replacement item will be shipped back free of charge.

 

Ether Wercs does not cover return shipping costs. Customer may select the return shipping method. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges to us for non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, the issue must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping. We may request for pictures to be emailed to us of damaged or defective merchandise prior to issuing a return or replacement. If a defective item is returned and shows signs of being dropped or physically damaged which is determined to be the cause of the defect, we may decline the return.

 

Disposable Vape Pens Warranty: Exchanges may only be made within 14 days after package is originally received based off of tracking delivery date. Please contact us immediately within 14 days to report a defective vape pen. If the vape pen is found to be defective, a new vape pen of the exact same product will be shipped as a replacement. Should the same product be out of stock, a vape pen of equivalent value will be offered as a replacement.

 

International Orders:

Customers who order outside of the United States take full responsibility for being updated on the laws and regulations regarding Hemp-derived CBD products of less than 0.3% THC of the countries you are shipping to. For all international orders, we take no liability for orders that do not arrive due to seizure by customs or other issues related.
